Meet the Owners

Norm Reitz, Owner
Norm Reitz is a graduate of Central Washington University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. With over 20 years in the commercial construction industry, Norm has spent more than 12 years serving as Vice President of a well-known commercial construction company in the Valley. His experience includes building and remodeling not only commercial structures, but commercial swimming pools as well—bringing a high level of expertise, precision, and long-term vision to every project.

Nicole Reitz, Owner
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Nicole Reitz earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in International Leadership and Management. With over 20 years in the pool industry, Nicole has hands-on experience across nearly every aspect of the business—from pool safety to construction. Her roles have included lifeguard, swim instructor, maintenance technician, maintenance trainer and supervisor, inventory specialist, and construction manager. This well-rounded background allows her to guide clients through the entire process with confidence, care, and clarity.

Together, Norm and Nicole combine deep construction expertise with comprehensive pool industry knowledge to ensure every backyard investment is a positive, seamless, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
